Gabe is an Associate Professor of Exercise Science and he is also the Sports Science Researcher at Northern Kentucky University near Cincinnati, Ohio. As a researcher and sports scientist, Gabe has consulted with professional organizations and Division I athletic teams that range from Power 5 to mid-major conferences to research and analyze sports science and wearable technology data. Gabe specializes in the visualization and statistical analysis of internal and external workload data to help coaches better understand the demands of their respective sport and the impact it can have on their athlete’s health and wellbeing. In addition to his work with athletes, Gabe has worked as a primary investigator or consultant on multiple grants from the National Institute of Health (NIH) and other funding agencies.
